  • "We" or "us" refers to Yan Yanishevskyi, the creator and maintainer of the Service.
  • "You" or "user" refers to anyone using the Service.

Basic terms

  • Avoid storing sensitive information, such as bank account details or passwords, in the Service.
  • We are not liable for any information stored with the Service.
  • You must be a human. Accounts registered by automated methods, including "bots," are not permitted.

Nover Pro

  • You may subscribe to the Pro version of the Service to unlock features like syncing and note sharing.
  • To enable data syncing across devices, your data will be stored on our servers.
  • The contents stored within our Service are retained indefinitely unless you delete them. However, we may remove content if it hasn’t been accessed for over a year, is excessively large, or violates third-party rights or laws.
  • If you stop using the Pro subscription, your data will remain on our servers, but syncing will be disabled. Contact us to delete your data.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to uploading illegal, harmful, or offensive content, or engaging in unauthorized activities.

Payments

  • Subscription prices may change at any time.
  • Subscription payments are processed by Paddle. We do not store your payment details. After checkout, you’ll receive an invoice, including VAT if applicable.
  • If you cancel your subscription, Pro features will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
  • You may request a refund for your Pro subscription payment without providing a reason. Simply contact us.

  • We offer full refunds within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked

Disclaimer

We aim to ensure the Service is reliable and secure. However, no system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, security, or error-free performance. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes but is not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:
